The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami is a waterfront branded residence project on the southern tip of Brickell Key, developed by Swire Properties and designed by KPF. It has two towers. The South Tower has 66 stories with 228 residences of two to five bedrooms, plus two duplex penthouses of 7,800+ sf with private pools, and interiors by Tristan Auer. The North Tower has 33 stories and also houses the Mandarin Oriental, Miami hotel. It has 70 Private Residences of two to four bedrooms and 28 Hotel Residences of one to two bedrooms, with interiors by Laura Gonzalez. Residents get the hotel’s amenities and 24/7 service from Mandarin Oriental staff.
