Oz has been a licensed real estate agent for 20 years and is a lifelong residence in the Palm Beach metropolitan area. He shares sales techniques and business creation tactics as a requested speaker at conferences across the United States, including the Tom Ferry Success Summit, Boomtown Unite, TF Sales Edge, TF Marketing Edge and Impact Agent University. Drive is one of the core values at Home by Oz Group, and Oz is continually looking for new ways to stay ahead of the competition in real estate and marketing.

In addition to its leading sales history, Oz believes in consumer education and other agents. He is co-host of Real Estate Angle, a weekly program on local news and specific real estate topics. Oz also provides consumer advice on real estate in Oz’s Take and helps his fellow real estate agents with tactical business advice on Agent Hacks. He is also the moderator of East Coast 5AM Call, a daily five-minute message to motivate entrepreneurs.
